Differential Pressure Transmitter

Hi,

Is it possible to connect the below pressure transmitter to MINITAURs?

Since it gives 0-10 Voltage, I guess it should be possible to do it and I guess I need to connect the transmitter via a 9 pin d'sub connector.

By the way the transmitter also has an option of giving 4-20 mA output signal. If I choose that option I think I'll need a DSI-20 mA adapter to connect it to MINITAURs. My other question is should I select the voltage or current option? Will it make any difference?

Hi,

to connect the sensor to MinitaurS we recommend the voltage option.

Here is the connection that needs to be used:
Uv Pin 1 -> Exc+, Sns+
Out Pin 2 ->In+
Gnd Pin 3 ->In-, Exc-, Sns-

If a long cable will be used, it is recommended to connect IN- and GND near the sensor to avoid measuring the voltage drop.
