DEWE-43 Firmware upgrade Error code 9

Hi,

I have tried upgrading the firmware on a DEWE-43 and it got to the end and threw up an 'Upgrade Failed; Error code: 9'.

The device is no longer recognised and the red/green LED is no longer lit.

Any help will be greatly received.

All's good. Needed to unplug and power down for a minute or 2. Then plugged power and USB back in and was updated with the new firmware.

I will try with our other DEWE-43 to see if we get the same.
